Contact Form

The data (name, email address, and message) you submit through the contact form is stored in a Firebase database (see their data protection policy). We use Email.js (see their data protection policy) to have an email containing this data sent to us at hello@velma.studio to notify us. You will be contacted by Velma at this address only in response to your initial message.

Video Appointment Scheduling

Above the contact form, you can choose to schedule a video appointment. We use Calendly for this purpose (see their data protection policy). Your data (name, email address) allows us to send you a Google Meet link (see their data protection policy) and a reminder a few hours before the appointment. You will be contacted by Velma at this address only in relation to this appointment scheduling.
